Summary: Detailed report of the speakers and attendees at the Antietam dedication given. Attendees estimated at 10,000 including President and some of his cabinet, several governors and their staff. About 90% of attendees came from within 50 mile radius including families of fallen soldiers, etc. Some people expressed disappointment in occasion and there is a reference to negative reporting by other newspapers.
