Summary
Several men are charged with public misconduct and assault - the first group of men who are being charge with public misconduct, are being charged because of their riotous behavior at previous Johnson meetings; the second group being charged with assault are being charged for throwing stones at a wagon of Johnson supporters as they passed through Mechanicstown on their way home from a Johnson Mass meeting
