Report on the mass meeting in Frederick, chaired by Judge Nelson, which adopted resolutions supporting Pres. Johnson's reconstruction policy, drawn up by Dennis, Maulsby, Trail and Markey. Radical Republicans opposed the resolutions, including the proprietors of the Examiner.
