JOLLIFICATION AT WAYNESBORO – On Saturday evening last, the Republicans of Waynesboro, Pa., whose district was the banner one of Franklin County in the recent contest, celebrated the great Republican victories achieved in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Nebraska on the 18th inst. There was _____ out, a Torch Light Procession, and much enthusiasm. James P. Matthews, Esq., of our town, made a very excellent speech and was ____ to with unusual attention. _____ Rogers, Esq., of Waynesboro, followed and also made a good speech. Better Republicans and more hospitable people, than those of Waynesboro and surrounding country, are not to be found in the Commonwealth of Penn.
