Summary
The Williamsport Home Guards have adopted a resolution, signed by officers Kennedy, Holenberger, Masters and Anderson. to cooperate with the Home Guards of Middletown and Frederick in resisting the secessionist actions of the "traitorous Legislature" sitting in Frederick. Col. Ward H. Lamon endorses the resolution.
