THE subscriber will sell at Private Sale, her HOUSE, now in the occupancy of Col. William P. Maulsby, situated on the North side of East Second street, Frederick City, and East of the residence of John W. Benjamin, Esq. The dwelling is a good, substantial three-story BRICK HOUSE, with Back Building, &c. Possession will be given on the first day of April 1866. If the property is not sold at Private Sale before the 17th day of February next, it will on that day be offered at Public Sale at the City Hotel. If _____ then, it will be for Rent.
