No more wheat…

Summary

The millers along the Potomac River in Washington Co. are no longer purchasing wheat. A Clear Spring miller asked his customers to pick up their wheat stored at his mill before it is stolen as he does not want to be responsible. Virginia rebels rob people of Clear Spring of everything they can get their hands on.
