Skirmish on the Potomac

Summary

A group of Virginians attempted to capture a ferry on the Potomac River near Clear Spring; however, the Union men of Clear Spring came out to guard the ferry and the Virginians eventually abandoned the effort to take it. Some firing occurred and 2 Virginians were wounded.
