Summary

Reports on the Democratic State Convention to choose delegates to the national convention in New York. The article names the delegates at large and from the congressional districts. They will choose the opponents to the Republican Grant/Colfax ticket. The Pendleton men are said to have been in the majority. The delegates have not been given specific people to support but to go with "General Availability" when choosing a candidate. Four delegates go "At Large" plus two from each Congressional district.
