Soldiers Meeting
Summary
The soldiers of District No. 3 held a meeting to select their delegates to the State Convention. W. H. Little was chairman of the meeting and E. M. Mobley, secretary. Col. E. M. Mobley, Col. E. F. Anderson, Jesse Duble, Col. H. C. Rizer and John F. Thomas were chosen as delegates.
