Summary
The Provost Marshal's office in the 4th Congressional District under Captain Naill is to be discontinued and the books and papers to be turned over to Capt. Cathcart of the 2nd Congressional District. The paper commends Naill for his excellent work during 2 years in office. [Date of this paper must be wrong as Nail was still serving at the end of the war.]
