An Address

Summary

The Union Central Committee writes a lengthy address to the "Fellow Citizens of Frederick County" on the importance of voting to save Maryland from hands of other party candidates. Reminds them of the voting which has already taken place in some other states such as Maine, Vermont, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Ohio where voters have set "the seal of condemnation on Andrew Johnson as the man." Let rebels and rebel sympathizers wait. Let them remain on "probation" until they prove they can be trusted. Too many issues are addressed in this article to be included here.
