Summary
Examiner reprints report from the Journal newspaper of a chaotic Breckinridge and Lane ratification meeting in Louisville in which Douglas supporters outnumbered Breckinridge/Lane supporters. Col. Humphrey Marshall, a speaker, was treated with scorn. All the speakers were drowned out by opposition.
