A Grand Torchlight Procession to occur in Baltimore - a gathering of "Minute Men of '60" who are the supporters of Bell and Everett. Up to 10,000 participants from around state are expected. The B&O offers half-price ticket on return train to Frederick after the parade. Letter from James S. Parr, Chairman of Minute Men, says event will show the nation that Maryland is supporting the Union.
