Summary
A meeting was held by commissioned military officers to discuss the holding of a military encampment in Frederick on September 3. Resolutions regarding encampment passed. To be held provided sufficient funds to meet expenses can be raised voluntarily. Chairman of meeting Capt. J. N. Chiswell of "Manor Guard."
