Town Meeting
Summary
A report on the meeting of Frederick businessmen and others to plan a Grand Military Encampment for the coming summer took place. Many resolutions were made which included appointing two people from each Frederick ward to solicit for funds for the event. Meeting adjourned but group will meet again. Signed: Z. T.
