NEGROES, NEGROES.
I am at all times purchasing SLAVES, paying the highest CASH prices. I am also prepared to receive Negroes for safe keeping, having erected a comfortable and secure place for that purpose, on Green street, near Baltimore, immediately opposite the Western Police Station.
