Summary
30 men from Harper's Ferry Floyd and Armory Guard units attend the Junior Ball in Frederick. They were entertained at the house of Capt. J. T. Sinn, late commander of "United Guards" of Frederick city. Visitors included Capt. Geo. Chambers and Lieutenants. G. F. Cross and William Engle of Floyd Guard and Surgeon J. C. Claggett and Sgt. J. H. Clasby of Armory Guard.
