Summary
A meeting of the Unconditional Union Central Committee will take place. "The defection of a majority of the Executive Committee of the Union party of the state, devolves new duties upon the loyalists of this county." A date must be set for the Frederick County Union Convention where delegates will be chosen for the state convention in Baltimore on June 6.
