Catoctin District
Summary
The Constitutional Union Party of the Catoctin District was held at Wolfesville on the 14th inst. H. H. Mullen was elected chairman. The men appointed to the Union Central Committee of Frederick County were: Samuel Maugens, Noah Eccard, Jno. D. English, D. W. Blickenstaff, and John W. Hoover. A resolution was made that every loyal voter from Catoctin District can be a delegate to the Union County nominating convention in Frederick.
