Union Commission

Summary

The Union Commission, due to its many demands, is in need of funding. It has received both money and goods to be distributed to needy persons in the South. People in Virginia, East Tennessee, North Carolina, etc. are in dire need of help. Adams & Co.'s Express takes the goods South free of charge. Rev. R. H. Williams and Gideon Bantz are agents of the Union Commission in Frederick Co. and they will collect donations which will then be forwarded to the distributing agents.
