"Infernal" Taxes

Summary

Editorial disagreeing with the Frederick Citizen's complaint about the "infernal" taxes placed upon the people since the start of the Civil War. The Examiner says the Democrats are to blame for the war and therefore the burden of taxes to pay for it.
