Another Victim
Summary
Thaddeus L. Thrasher, a lieutenant in the Confederate cavalry, was killed in the battle of Winchester on the 23rd ulto. His body was brought to Frederick County to be buried by his brother-in-law, Mr. M. W. Foutz. It is believed Thrasher was persuaded to take up arms against his country. He leaves an "interesting family to deplore his melancholy fate."
