New Provost Marshal
Summary
A new Provost Marshal, Lt. Col. George R. Dennis of the 4th Potomac Home Brigade, was appointed following the departure of the 3rd Wisconsin Regiment. The Provost Guard will consist of 2 companies from the 4th POTOMAC HOME BRIGADE Praise is given to Col. T. H. Roger, previous Provost Marshal, for his prudence and impartiality. He was ably supported by the men of his regiment.
