TOPOGRAPHICAL ENGINEERS – In our ____ last week of the staff of Major Gen. Banks, we announced the officers of the Engineer corps attached to his Division, who are as follows. Capt. J. W. Abril[?], U. S. A., Capt D. H. Strother, ____, and Mr. Luce. These officers are now in this city, at their headquarters in Second street.
