[Notice] "…a company of Cavalry now located at he Fair Grounds near Hagerstown" part of the 4th Regt of Home Brigade, now forming. Has 54 members, needs 25 more men. "Among it officers are Hon. Francis Gallagher, of Baltimore City, who is well known through out the State as a talented and distinguished Democrat."
