Col. Lamon's Regiment
Summary
Last week the cavalry company raised by Rev. C.H. Russell, attached to Col. Lamon’s regiment, elected the following officers: Capt. C.H. Russell; 1st Lt. Alexander Nesbitt of Hagerstown; and 2nd Lt. C. Emory Stonesifer of Boonsboro. Joseph Zeller is forming a second cavalry company for the same regiment.
