Union Primary Meetings and County Convention
Summary
Last Saturday the Washington County Union Central Committee determined that a primary meeting would be held on Sept. 14 (1861) to appoint ten delegates from each district who will then meet on Sept. 21 to nominate a county ticket for the November election. Isaac Nesbitt, Chairman.
