Summary
The ladies of Hagerstown continue to minister to the approximately 150 sick and wounded soldiers in the hospitals, aided by others such as Jacob Shoop of Beaver Creek who collected food items from his neighbors for the soldiers. Suggests that others send in contributions as well, which can be left at the house of Henry Gantz.
