Procession of Colored People
Summary
The “colored folks” of Greencastle, PA, will hold a grand procession to celebrate the abolition of slavery. Delegations from other towns, including Hagerstown, are expected to attend. Several bands will play music and a number of speakers, including Orator Brown of Baltimore, will give addresses.
