Notice: The “Programme of the Unconditional Union Procession” to be held in Frederick on Oct. 24, 1866 was published. The locations where representatives of each of the seventeen districts of Frederick County, as well as visiting delegations, would form were provided, as well as the route of the procession through town. At two o’clock a mass meeting was to begin at the east side of the Court. John A. Steiner, chief marshal.
