Proceedings of the Unconditional Union County Convention

Summary

Delegates to the Unconditional Union County Convention met in Frederick on Sept. 15 (1866) to nominate candidates for the Maryland General Assembly. The six candidates who were nominated included John L. Linthicum of Middletown; Upton Buhrman of Catoctin; Henry Baker of Liberty; Maj. John R. Rouzer of Mechanicstown; Lt. Col. Jno. A. Steiner of Frederick; and Thomas Gorsuch of Frederick.
