U.S. Sanitary Commission - Army and Navy Claim Agency

Notice: The U.S. Sanitary Commission has established the Army & Navy Claim Agency to collect pensions, back pay, bounties and other claims against the government without charge to the claimants. The local agent is Joseph M. Ebberts, whose office is at the Court House.
