Summary
The Quartermaster’s office in this city, administered by Capt. Rutherford, has closed in compliance with orders, the books and property turned over to Capt. Flag at Harpers Ferry. It is expected that the hospital will soon close as well, as soon as the sick and wounded can be sent to Baltimore.
