Notice: H P Schroeder offers a reward for his runaway slave, Joseph Murdock, who left on account of misconduct.

$20 REWARD.
RANAWAY from the subscriber, living near Petersville on Sunday night last, a negro man, named JOSEPH MURDOCK, aged about 30 years, 3 feet 8 inches high, very high forehead, had on a shirt[?] of new pulled[?] ___ black hat; polite when spoken to and addicted to liquor, no particular marks recollected. Joe left home on account of misconduct and it is not supposed he has wandered far. The above reward will be given for his delivery in the County Jail at Frederick or Hagerstown[?] ___. H. P. SCHROEDER.
