Summary

Account of the Soldiers' Legion meeting in Frederick, which included the Frederick Brass Band and speeches by Col. Stokes (TN) and Upton Buhrman. Stokes contrasted the Unconditional Union and Johnson parties and opposed Negro suffrage.
