Flag Presentation
Summary
A flag will be presented to the "Union Defenders" under Capt. Wm. Glessner, at Camp Frederick. Hon. W. L. W. Seabrook of Annapolis will present the flag on the part of Miss Ann Amelia Keller, and will be received by Francis Gallagher, Esq. for the Defenders.
